• Price comparisons include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price in comparison to Express Hearing’s total price.
• The competitor’s offer must be for brand new aids with Manufacturer’s USA Warranties. Refurbished items, used, gray market aids, closeouts and demonstration items are NOT eligible.
• Our Best Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer.

How is the programming handled?
After your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation email with instructions to email or fax us a copy of your latest hearing test (audiogram). Our trained and licensed professionals will use this to program your new hearing aids according to your audiogram. Our email address for sending audiogram attachments: expresshearing@gmail.com Our fax number for sending audiograms: 1-718-898-0878
Do you carry other brands?
Yes, in addition to the brands listed on our site, we also offer hearing instruments from Starkey, Widex, GN Resound, Rexton, Sonic Innovations and Starkey. Due to manufacturer restrictions, however, we are not allowed to publish their prices online. If you don't see the make or model you want, just email us and we'll be happy to offer you a very competitive quote. Please email us at expresshearing@gmail.com
What is your return policy?
Due to our low internet pricing, we must impose a 10% service fee for returns of all non-defective hearing aids within 30 days. This is because we NEVER resell customer returned hearing aids - we send them back to the manufacturer for partial credit. You can be assured that all hearing aids purchase from us are brand new, NOT refurbished or used by previous customers. If you are unsure whether these hearing aids are right for you, we would recommend you email (as an attachment) or fax over a copy of your audiogram before purchasing so we can confirm if your loss falls within the fitting range of the hearing aid you are interested in. Our fax is 1-718-969-2436, or you can email your audiogram to: expresshearing@gmail.com
How do I select my color choice?
The days of just Beige are over! Many of today's high end, open fit hearing aids come in a variety of designer colors. If the model you are interested in comes in different colors, we will always ask you (in the order confirmation email) to make a color selection after you place your order.
What if I need additional adjustments?
The majority of our users (90%) do very well with the initial programming. If you should require additional adjustments, simply send the hearing aids back to us and we will perform them for free.

How do I purchase hearing aids online?
First, before you place an order, it is important that you have a copy of your hearing test results (audiogram) available, as we will need this in order to program your aids properly. By the way, if it's been a couple of years since your last exam, it may be a good idea to get a new one done, simply because your hearing may have changed over time.
So, after you've decided which aids you want and placed your order though our online website, we will then contact you to get the additional information necessary to complete your order. We will ask you to fax or email us a copy of your audiogram so that we can professionally program your new aids to your precise loss. Depending on the aid, we may also ask you to choose available options such as color, power level, receiver type, etc. Once we have this information, we will process your order, which usually takes 3 – 4 business days. Once completed, your aids will be ready to ship. Sometimes, delays can occur – for example, if the color you select is not in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer, which can add a few days to the processing time. Of course, we will always notify you in case of such delays, and give you the option of cancelling without penalty if you choose.
Please also be aware that, because these aids require professional programming, we will not ship aids to you unprogrammed, unless you specifically request it, in writing. You can also help us to process your order quickly and efficiently by promptly sending us your audiogram and letting us know of your color choice. This way, we can get your order out to you as soon as possible, so you can start experiencing your new world of hearing enjoyment right away!
What is an audiogram and how do I get one?
An audiogram is simply a graph that represents your auditory sensitivity to sound, and is a standard way of representing a person’s hearing loss. You should always ask for a copy of your audiogram after your hearing test to keep for your records. However, you should also be aware that many hearing centers offer free hearing exams in the hopes of selling you a hearing aid, so if you don’t purchase from them, they probably won’t be so keen on giving you a copy of your audiogram. By the way, some patients have complained about the high pressure sales tactics employed by certain centers, so you should definitely be aware of this as well. Another important point to keep in mind – when you ask for a copy of your audiogram, just tell them it’s for your own records. No need to specifically mention that you plan on shopping around for hearing aids, as that really tends to “annoy” some practitioners!
